My first attempt at a painted look in PS. Any advice surely wanted.

I'd prefer a look without PS, without so much of PS....

I think I would have liked this image if wasn't so over PS'd.

I would be curious to see what it would look like if you did the painted affect on everything & then history brushed the bride & groom to make them be clear. I too think it is a bit overdone. Nice pose, light & setting. - Lynnea
