lax368 0 Posted May 14, 2006 Composition is very good. I like the colors, except I feel the image is a bit saturated in the bottom left corner. Perhaps you could use a gradient in photoshop across the image to fix this. Link to comment
lax368 0 Posted May 15, 2006 I understand many wildlife photographers do not like to edit their images and if this is the case, know that this image is still very good. The image attached is regarding my previous comment. I adjusted the curves and applied it using a gradient overlay to darken the highlights in the water, without darkening the upper right of the image. If you like the effect, I will be happy to give you specific details upon request, if you are not familiar with what I am talking about. I did this really quickly, and it can probably be done a bit better, for a less obvious transition between the curves layer, and the untouched part of the image.Ps. I only know how to apply this effect using photoshop, so I am not sure if it is possible using any other softwareKevin A. Link to comment
