This is the lily leaf beatle (Lilioceris lilii), which is a pest. They feed on lilies. Pretty color, but nasty bug.

Hi Taha,

You mentioned this photo in a comment you made about my soldier beetle photo. Did you use candles for lighting to make it more romantic? I once took a picture of mason bees mating. I didn't need to hurry because it must have lasted 45 minutes. When the soldier beetle show up in the garden they seem to do little else other than mate. From the kitchen I can see many leaves bouncing up and down and there's no wind.

I really like the colour in this picture.
