theokeijzers 0 Posted May 13, 2006 Thanks for the comments! The larger view does not have the strange color aberration (or is it my monitor?) Link to comment
grillot 0 Posted May 13, 2006 very natural pose. I especially like like the contrasting diagonal.. It may be your monitor.. appears fine on mine. Link to comment

sjmurray 33,475 Posted May 15, 2006 Very lovely expression and lighting. The out of focus elements in the background next to her head are a little distracting to an otherwise perfect portrait! Link to comment
sjmurray 33,475 Posted May 15, 2006 I see you are using film and maybe printing with an enlarger. If so, my suggestions may be hard to do without bleaching the image. Otherwise, if printing digitally,I offer an idea for a cropping suggestion and removal of some of the distractions. Hope you don't mind. Such a lovely woman. My attempt was to bring her more into the forefront and remove distractions. You are obviously an excellent portrait photographer and I enjoyed looking at your folders very much. Link to comment
theokeijzers 0 Posted May 15, 2006 Thanks steve, appreciated. I have another picture of this scene, with Marijse more on the left. I will try to put the picture in this post.(low res) Link to comment
sjmurray 33,475 Posted May 15, 2006 Theo, I personally still like the more centered one better. I find the white sky a little harsh on the second one. Its only my opinion though. :>) Link to comment
