Homeless Man in Borrowed Suit "Casting a Long Shadow"

This person has a strong attachment to the display of jewlery,

wearing rings on all of his fingers of both hands, as well as several

pendants, one of which is visible in this picture. Picture taken on

East Baltimore Ave in the early morning. That's the Baltimore skyline

in the background.

A strong image of an even stronger charectar,

this to me is a highly significant piece of of social relations where as you took the homeless man and turned him into a high flyer where it shows clearly that the status shifted but the man remains highlighting that in many cases discrimination based on a visual label.

Thanks Hugh for your feedback. This is not a "staged" street shot. This fellow decided to dress this way, and I happened to encounter him just outside the homeless shelter where he spends the night. The rest of his wardrobe isn't nearly this stylish. Homeless shelters in Baltimore distribute a large amount of clothing to the poor; I expect that some of this clothing is the attire of those recently deceased, which was donated to the shelters by their relatives for distribution to the indigent. That is probably how this person chanced to acquire a suit that is in such excellent condition.
