Yes, very original. Great detail, color, and DoF. IMO something more could be added to the photo, in order to increase the interestingness. I'm not sure what could be added. It was just a thought.

Hi Paula, I've never known that oil drops would look so wonderful. It's a strange coincidence I think that I just commented a picture of Tony Georgiadis which just like this picture reminds me of the Ufo's I have seen in 1978.

 

I like the reflection of the drops and their perfect round shapes. They also make me think of yellow contactlenses. Great captured.

Megan, well, I started shooting these drops, wanted to see the effect,: I don't know what I could add.

 

Ada, contact lenses, yes: had not thought of that, but they could be: oil, jewels, lenses. Isn't nature extraordinary?

Good macro, fantastic brightness and agreeable composition though I had extracted the small drops, leaving only those of major size. What does seem to you?
