I am sure those that like their nudes to be more nude will not like this, but I did want to try something different. That said, I did try something differentwith this and it wasn't too well received.

Feedback appreciated.

Should there be anyone looking for my more daring work, you can always do a search for me on photopoints or photosig where I have uploaded some new images along with some of my deleted images. I am sure to be uploading more soon.

This image simply works better than the other one. I have a hard time putting my finger on iy but the previous image simply disorients me a bit too much and is harder on the eye than this one. This one is much more interesting and better composed and the ballance works well, especially with the black and white image in front of the color image. This may all sound like garbage to you but I simply enjoy looking at this one much more. Cheers.

David, why do you have a bout of apoplexia every time I do a digital alteration. You seem perfectly able to indulge and enjoy in this artform! I would have been quite satisfied personally with the figure in the background and I am even curious as to how you did it.

Owen, Thanks for taking the time to comment. I don't think anything you could ever say would sound silly but you may yet surprise me. (I strongly suspect NOT!!) Stange as it may seem, you were in my thoughts when I created this and felt you would approve of the B&W image in the front. I have a few more on this theme including a different version of the image you refer to in your comment. I may upload that soon.

John, 'Appoplexia!' Moi? Never... You believe me don't you? Rather than get into a debate, let me just say, I am not against digital work. Infact I would say Ben Goossens is one of my favourite contributers to this site. Maybe, just maybe, I prefer your work to be unmanipulated.

To be honest with you, I have forgotten what I have said about some of your digital alterations and I so I must go back and check.

As for this image, all I can say is my PS skills are minimal and so it must have been easy. I'll drop you an email soon letting you know how I did it. I am just about to get on a plane and so there are time (for time read alcohol) constraints on me at the moment. Thanks a lot.

David, comparing Ben Goossens'work to one of my doodlings is like comparing Don Perignon to one of your beers! Still, it's an interesting medium which can expand on our images and it's fun to experiment with.

Mission, I probably deserved it but I do find your remark childish. I know from the fact that you do not comment very often on the photos of others, that you are not in the least interested in anything about this image.
