Karl Schuler 48 Posted May 8, 2006 As the temperature is getting too hot during the day time, we have started exploring old Peshawar in the early hours of the day. Your comments are highly appreciated. Link to comment

salvatore.mele 1 Posted May 10, 2006 Of course, since I complained for the other shot from this day being split in two by a tree, I like this a lot. Everything, the trees, the arches in the front and those in the back, seem to be a theatrical stage for the man to have his walk... So we are lead to think about some timeless event, on some stage, talking of some forgotten tragedy. Suddenly, we see the man has a watch, we can think it a bad anachronism, an oversight of the director...then the beauty of the shot blossoms: that's all real, is not a stage, is an old town. Beautiful! P.S. Now, can we crop a bit off the left? By the way, the branches flowing down toward the man are a tad too close to his face, but I guess this cannot be changed. Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted May 11, 2006 Well Salvatore, I agree with you , it IS the nicer one from the two ( even I like the other one as well Karl), but this time the trees are like a frame to the scene ( the branch nearly touching his head is the only thing I would have cloned a tiny bit), the man and street looks closer, light is wonderful (in both of them). The texture of construction is more prominent.Very nice atmospher Karl, beautiful execution. Link to comment
