rpallagi 0 Posted May 1, 2006 What do you think of this headshot. Is it good enough for her portfolio? Comments and critiques are welcome Link to comment
denley_thiessen 0 Posted May 2, 2006 I like the pose but i think there is too much "negative" space in the bottom of the photo. I think a crop like this puts more emphasis on her, especially her eyes. What do you think? Link to comment
georgeboos 0 Posted May 2, 2006 In addition to the previous remark crop looks more balanced. Good portrait, but if it suits for portfolio's needs - this is a question. Link to comment
rpallagi 0 Posted May 2, 2006 I posted this image cropped exactly like you have suggested onto my website.. http://www.rpallagi.hu/Photos/HeadshotProject/HeadshotProjectGallery07.htm Thx for your comments! Greets from Budapest Roland Link to comment
denley_thiessen 0 Posted May 2, 2006 I checked out your site and i think that you should still crop in tighter, but it looks good. I really like this shot. I checked out your site and i noticed your "headshots" are all very similar, and maybe that's what the models want but i would try to get more variety in your portfolio just so clients can see that you are capable of doing a variety of "headshots". You seem to have a lot of the "cut the head off at the top and leave a lot of the neck in your photo's" kind of shots. Try going outside of that for a bit see if you like it. Anyways that is just a suggestion of mine. Good luck! Link to comment
