The pose and the hair make this portrait. I like the way you cut off the top of the head and the arms to draw attention to the dress.

this is one of my earliest work since i got a little more serious with photography. I am glad you agree with my cropping and composition since it's NOT the usual way of most Vietnamese artists would do. I will upload some more images from this series when i get a chance. Thanks for your visit and comments to my shots. I was been in Vietnam in march 2007. I've done a travel from north to south. I've seen : Hanoi, Sapa, Bac Ha, ha long bay, Hue, Da nang, Mekong delta, My to, Cantho, Saigon... three weeks very intense.

I like how the oriental people look at the life. Vietnamese people are proud and smiling. Graceful women and adorabile childs. When I come back in italy from Vietnam, i felt to be alone. no much smiles as in this country.

Italians are very hard to please but the food is very good and coffee is fantastic!!

Are you from Vietnam? I'm sorry but we could have met. I know that Alec EE too was been in the same places and the same time of me in Vietnam... strange the life...
