Jiuzhaigou 2

The Jiuzhaigou valley, Sichuan China.

I was expecting to shoot some Spring time photos but a sudden snow storm (in April!) changed my plans. Actually, the snow capped trees added a nice contrast to the dark emerald green waters (not a PS effect).

Nice. After the brilliant greens in the water, my eye goes to the brown in the foreground. It's a bit distracting, but I really don't think it takes much away from the shot. Others may even say it adds something.

The beautiful colors make a good contrast to each other. Nice.
