(tongue in cheek) I think that the Arizona Legislature needs to pass the photographic anti-saturation law. If its overcast, why not just show it as such? Its still great scenery and frankly, I often think it looks much better when the colors are more realistic.

Thanks for the compliment, Sondra. I like your pix from the southwest, and am intrigued by the IR images. John, you are right, of course. This is over the top! I was trying to see what I could force from a very flat shot. Here is the original from the raw converter with no adjustments, along with a more modest rendition.
