Church - 40 singleshots merged into one.

This image was put together by over 40 singleshots, giving it an

extreme wideangle apperance.

 

The tree is very old and are mentioned in the earliest records of

the church. This year they are cutting the tree down - not because

it's dead (there's still living branches) but because it's very

fragile and may fall over, in a strong storm.

 

But they have a small problem - some years back, they tried to save

the tree by filling the trunk with concrete. This could make it

difficult to get the tree down.

 

This is the story - but what do you think about the image ?

The image is superb. I can see no obvious signs that this is a composite photo, the work is seamless. You haven't posted anything in a long while. I hope you haven't given up on Photo.Net (though I wouldn't be surprised if you have). Keep in touch. Regards, Jack
