darius.tulbure 0 Posted April 30, 2006 Come on, man! This is a multi-exposure, right? I really don`t believe this is unmanipulated as you stated. Sorry, Xavier, maybe I`m wrong... Did you use large reflectors on the grass? I don`t think so. Other than that, very good picture. I love the colors. Link to comment
xavier farre 0 Posted May 1, 2006 The only manipulation is to boost the colour saturation. The trick is to use a cokin grey graduated filter inserted upside down (so it becomes not graduated. Link to comment
darius.tulbure 0 Posted May 1, 2006 Sorry I didn`t belive you. I looked on the internet at the Cokin #121 Grad Grey G2 filter to see what do you mean. It`s just my unawareness` fault for that comment. By the way, I should buy in the future one of those filters, but for now, with my consumer`s camera I can`t even use one, even if I had... Does it work hand held :))? I`m kidding... Thank you Xavier for bothering to clear up this problem. Link to comment
carsten_ranke 0 Posted June 16, 2006 Nice idea the grad ND upside down, but why not use a "hard" one, avoids the dark horizon line. As you can guess, I would like to see a square version with the street border touching the corners :-) Perhaps a perspective correction with PS and crop from the sides (how do the side parts contribute to the shot ?)
