Red Rocks in Kodachrome

A blue sky, but the rocks and brush are lit as if under clouds. Interesting...

I think I would like this composition more without the brush in front of the rocks. I keep wondering whether it is a photo of the rocks or the brush. The brush does not really make a very compelling subject, and the rocks don't really sit in the frame the right way to make the subject. I think they need more room around them.

Still, the color combination is very aesthetically pleasing -- an improvement over the previous incarnation of this shot. Good work.

I find the color of the sky rather unnatural (as in your Capitol Reef shot). Is this how it came out of the camera?

Apart from that it has good sharpness & detail.
