I really like the casual feel. The composition, pose, tight crop, and the camera being a just a little higher than her works so well. My only suggestion is to have turned her sideways to the light, to give a more 3D look. Or if you are deeply nerdy, an off camera flash from the right, so that both sleaves have highlights on them that lead you up to her face.
