Hi! I've posted this image on some another site and i've been told

to crop out the right side of the photo 'cause the white spot is

very distractive... Actually i don't think it's right, bacause

already at the shooting time, while I framed my camera, i wanted to

build composition that will include the spot in it. For me it seems

like this is very ballanced Libra composition, that gives a feeling

of an actual, or natural, blinding spot light.

And what do you thnk about it? please waste a couple of minutes to

explane yoursaelf in written comment.

I think this is a great shot, very well done. I don't think the spotlight it distracting, but at the same time, a cropped version without it would look good, too. It all depends on what you, the artist, want. I like it!

I am still envious of the way you get the light to be your best friend! Here I would have wanted to see the man's face, but it is still a great picture only because of the light and the depth created by it.

Maybe crop a bit of the black space on the right side of the light but certainly leave the light.. I have a similar idea in my Concerts folder..

yeah, i agree. the light is what makes it special. without it, it's just another plain shot of a musician with nice highlights... don't crop it. you need to have that element in there..
