ergallery 0 Posted May 31, 2006 I dont have any experience with infrared shots but this shot appeals to me. The grass in the lower corner seems a bitt ... overexposed? IMHO it draws more attention in the shot than it deserves. The shot might have been approved by cutting it out altogther and bring the focus more onto the incredible clouds. Thanks for sharing. :) Erika Link to comment
rebeccaciborowski 0 Posted May 31, 2006 I actually disagree with the grass comment. I really really like that it brings out a close degree of focus as well as the far element. And, I personally like the differentiation between dark sky in the background in light foreground. I LOVE the way the grass in the foreground frames the pic leaving a gap where the eye travels up to the island of trees. Without the grass in the front... it just wouldn't be the same. But, I appreciate the opinion that it would look better without the grass... to each their own. Link to comment
dtimoce 0 Posted May 31, 2006 For me the lower left corner is a bit too distractive, even if they balance the dark clouds on the upper right corner. I like the grass on the right though. However, the tones you've got here are great. Link to comment
