Nice shot.... but something about the frame...mmm ... it is kind of distracting to me... Anyway,... my personal preference is no frame.. :)

Thanks guys, Marcello, Hionos, the D200 is a very responsive, sturdy and accurate camera. Love it and the clean images it renders.

Excellent, Alec. Perfect.

You exposed for the priest's white clothes, which was great. Still, there's detail in the background which creates an amazing context. This is just beautiful. Bravo!

Thank you for visiting my work. I'm extremely happy to have photographers like you visiting my portfolio. Shall you find a second, please let me know of your thoughts by rating (and maybe critiqueing) my latest two submissions:this one and this other one.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Bogdan, Massimo, Amar, Klaus, this is a remake of the color image. I thought it will do it justice in sepia tone. Thanks for confirm it guys and all the rest who have rated it. Appreciate your kind support and will visit your galleries.

Love this in sepia...definitely a great choice! Looks like this man has a question or thought he wants to express...wonder what he was thinking as you snapped this? Love the way you composed this and IMO, the framing is really good. Nicely done.

His expressive face absolutely glows against the beautiful dark background with its mysterious, dimly-seen figure. You are the king of the portrait.
