I didn't rate the photo, but I have to say I find these types of combined B&W/color photos very off-putting, particularly where, as here, I suspect the photo would have been very effective either in color or B&W.

I think that you found a great street to do this on. You may be interested in a picture of mine that is very similar. I think that it would be better if you did this on an overcast day, but I understand what it means to work with what you've got.
