Very nice trick with photoshop. I would have loved to see the unfolded portrait, the softness about her face and the catchlight in her eye are giving the photo a very attractive look.

Somehow I missed your latest post, I guess because I've not been active myself for sometime. I love the idea, the execution, and the presentation; this is also a sterling portrait in itself.

There is one personal view that I can't help but express here. Besides the technically beautiful qualities of this picture, I find something...er... neither missing nor amiss, but...er...qualitatively a little deficient---a human touch. You see, I'ld love to see some imperfections here... that software makes it so perfect that my mind hesistates to touch it. A paper print of this shot, on a black cloth maybe, curled as this, (which no doubt would leave some parts a little skewed relative to the others along the curled surface,) perhaps some noisty texture, would be something warm enough for me to reach out and touch, and feel happy about it :=)

Best regards.

Art is artist's vision, and its not perfect, I dont expect people to like what I do, sorry that this photo makes you unhappy, its just an idea I came up with while playing around with PS. Thanks for your honest comments.

Javed, I absolutely agree with you. And I'm not unhappy at all; I just documented what I'ld like more. If something is very good, one naturally tends to see it better, therefore the critiques :) I hope I've not managed to offend you in any way. In case I did, I do apologize.

Best regards.
