Tom, I like this a lot. My favorite thing to shoot is probably a good dramatic seascape at sunset or sunrise. You got an excellent composition here. The rough water and sharp rocks in the foreground adds a lot of interest. My only complaint is, it seems as though you had you GND filter tilted to the right. The upper right portion has a lot of vignetting that seems to be in a diagonal line.
