Mother and Daughter

Not a bad idea, but it doesn't seem to work. The subjects seems to be competing with the sky and reflection of the sky on the water. Also, it seems flat. I am not an expert, but that is my opinion. What I do like though is the idea that you are trying to portray of mother and daughter looking into the future. Since the daughter is young and has more "future" it might be good to have them facing into frame instead out of frame. Just my 2 cents. Feel free to comment on my work as well. I am here trying to learn as well.
