Well composed shot. The colors and tone are right on. The soft effect is ok as well.

Nice light at the horizon. Love the softness of the water surface.

Wondefull colour in those foreground rocks. I find the softness of the image very appealing and appropriate to the less saturated sky.

I love how the sky, clouds and ocean seam to all have the same tone. Nice variety of color in the rocks. How long was the exposure? 2sec I am thinking.

I think you've pulled off something special here. I've seen this type of shot so many times on PN (grad filter, rocky shore, long exposure) that I was wondering whether anybody could come with something a little bit different, and you have.

What I find amazing is how the rocks in the foreground look like tiny pebbles, so that the bottom 20 % could almost be a macro shot, but then when you follow the rocks along the shore they suddenly meet the trees and the cliff and you realise that it's not a macro shot after all. This sense of mixed scales gives the image great depth and interest.
