Nice shot. Personally, I find that the image should still be better if the white window situated in the middle of the right side of the picture, should be near the corner right beneaf, that means a square cropping (static !) or better, a new picture with rectangle composition. That will give more dynamic at the picture composition. I find this composition very static. You have very nice structured curves, all going to the white windows, that give a very good composition. I appreciate the spot of light, that give life in this picture. Excellent shot.

I agree that I would prefer a comp that would place the open circle in the corner and have the rounded edges working away from there. I see a bluish spot in the circle of light, what is that? Can you clone it out?

That spot is actually a blue patch at the very top of the dome. I can only see it if I view my iBook screen from an odd angle. I am sure I could clone it out fairly easily in PS, and will do so at a somewhat less busy time.
