Lionel is eloquent, as usual. And correct, also ... BTW, I can easily see this on the jacket of a seafood cookbook. I'm not a fan of blur, but this very potent image wins me over.

I like it. Great mood. Excellent composition -- the way you've cut him off on one side and the bottle on the other works perfectly. It shows us the scene while putting all the attention on his hands and the dish. His line of sight draws us down there to the focal point, too. The bg is just right. I suppose that maybe you should tone down the bright spot in the bg near his chest.
