An Infrared photo is b/w or tinted. Notice the vegetation is light colored instead of the usual dark leaves etc. IR photos tend to give a more dramatic sky than color. I like color too, but tend to lean more toward the b/w, just my preference. Cheers, Sondra

the sky is really more dramatical.

The photos in infrared remember Japanese paintings to me.

This one is more common but one more often see this kind of landscape in colours. The I.R. is perfect for it.

Hi Sondra, I think your composition is very very pretty, like a postcard pretty, and I especially love to see what the IR did to the palm tree, so soft against the clouds yet it stands out somehow. Come to think of it,this is one of the loveliest B/W photos I have ever seen! Kim

I like the composition in this photot, but I think the IR gives a bit of a strange effect, especially on the palm tree, as if it's covered in snow. For this specific photo, I'd have liked to see it in a plain b&w version too...
