The skin tones look off on my monitor, I tried to cc but its beyond the scope of my PS skills. Nice photo maybe crop to a tight headshot, I think the other stuff detracts from the subject.

I've always liked the "feel" of the square format portrait, where there is a little room around the subject. I like her expression. You are getting a green shift on the arms. Trouble scanning this neg, or were you trying to get that "old Kodachrome" look?
