shadpay 0 Posted March 30, 2006 Lovely shot, congratulation, I like white light behind accordion man, background isn't good from my view (if this is a photoshop filter). Pay attention more about composition. Link to comment
stephen hazelton 3 Posted April 4, 2006 This must be the OTHER end of the yellow brick road? I like it, the facelessness, the color, the lighting are all different enough to catch my attention. And the accordion-playing is much better than a man just standing there would have been. (Memo to self: Carry accordion around, ask strangers to hold it for photos.) Link to comment
kickniko 0 Posted April 16, 2006 A great composition and an even greater implementation. The small road gets away in the distance without even touching the man in the middle - just like somebody who only hears his music for some moments passing by and then disappears without even noticing that the music is played my another "somebody". This somebody gets to some "nobody". The other two people at the railing are so absorbed by each other than they also don't notice the existence of the man. For my eyes, I would only put a bit more of the left edge of the road into the image. A wondeful picture of solitute! Congratulations! Link to comment
