raddatzphoto 0 Posted March 24, 2006 Vague flowers become as bubbles rising underwater. I'd like to see brief glimpse of finer (blossom) detail to clarify and add that element to this poem. Exciting work here and throughout your creative port. Link to comment
paula grenside 0 Posted March 24, 2006 Spring is inthe air, hopefully. Glad you enjoyed my take.Thank you. Link to comment
paula grenside 0 Posted March 24, 2006 Michael, the bubbling description fits. You mean you'd like some flowers to be more defined? I played more on light and shadow on the flowers rather than defining him. Thank you very much for your comment here and on the other photos. Link to comment
markboyer 0 Posted March 24, 2006 I usually don't care for the superimposed two pictures approach, but this one is dynamically compelling and quite sensual. I think it's the single-color tonality and softness of the body. The other shot is cool too, but this one is magnificent. Link to comment

paula grenside 0 Posted March 26, 2006 I like your reads of the image: it was intended to be oniric and yes, as if lying on a carpet of buds. Thank you so much. Link to comment
wim.ipenburg 0 Posted March 26, 2006 Yes Paula, you create a fantastic image here. It works very strange. The most eye catching place... there is nothing to see..... So I started look around in your photo and every place looks fine. Real good composed and fine use of monochrome colour. Link to comment

colin carron 58,916 Posted March 29, 2006 The 'bubbles' seem to give it an underwater feel adding to the surreal and sensual aspects. Very good! Link to comment
paula grenside 0 Posted March 29, 2006 Jay, without the flowers, it would be a nice nude, I suppose. I wanted a different atmosphere :-) Thank you. Ken, thank you for your kind words. Colin, yes, looking for the dreamy atmosphere and a floating effect, I agree. Thank you. Link to comment
