I love the contrasting elements, both light/dark & big/small :) Huge columns, lots of steps, very small dark man. He does look sinister :) Justice is blind? :) (dark glasses). If you imagine he's standing on a couthouse step, this could even become a commentary on our justice system. Big judicial system, little man. Not sure if you were going for this, but I definitely like the thought! :) Well seen & captured.

Nice composition, Howard. Although it can be sharper, I like the building texture and particularly the story Jayme offers. Good choice with black & white, too.

Very 'Air Force One' Howard. He's got to be a bodyguard of sorts although his posture does let him down a bit. He's not upright and, alert and stiff as one would expect. So yup, sadly he probably is just having a smoke!

Nice work Howard. Wilson is right, would have been nice to have the steps a bit clearer.
