I have an even more obscure association with this one - Da Vinci's Vitruvian Man - I think because I can just make out an outline of a head, and infer a body, and there are (wonderful!) radial lines going out to the edges everywhere, and the whole engineering/architecture/human theme merging together. Those two beady eyes spook me out, though they look more sad than threatening. Very nice!
