tidris 0 Posted March 21, 2006 Looked out of the ordinary. An old building's reflection in a modern glass-fronted building. I call it the Crooked Tower! Link to comment
j._knight 0 Posted March 21, 2006 Your idea is spot-on but we need to get a sense of the new building feel more. By how you have cropped it you dont konw without reading the description that the other building is new. I like it anyway. Link to comment
tidris 0 Posted March 21, 2006 Thanks JK. I know what you're saying but unfortunately I took the picture as presented. Initially I was looking at the old tower and then I turned around and saw the reflection ... bingo. Next time I'm in Glassgow I will retake I think. Link to comment
jasongold 0 Posted April 11, 2007 Here is how I would crop it (or shoot it, preferably) We dont need to show the "modern" building to know that it is causing the strange reflection. Keep 'em guessing! Link to comment
tidris 0 Posted April 17, 2007 Thank you Jason. That seems a good take on the original. I will see if I can photograph the building from different angles and views next time if I get the opportunity since Glassgow is almost 8 hours drive from where I am. Taha Link to comment
