barreto 0 Posted March 17, 2006 "The man face is fantastic. Smile or not is the question. Two very different worlds and one glass in the middle. The present, almost past, and... after the glass... perhaps... the future, our future, made with plastic and, of course, cold. Very tiny the frontier between this two worlds. I'm thinking about that. And, very important, there are a great danger: the frontier is... what can I say?... Invisible? Yes! And that's why in these days there are many people that walk in the frontier, like that woman with the white coat. I'm sad, but when I see that man playing the violin I feel that still there are a hope. Great photo." This is the comment for the erased violin player. In that version I think that the woman with the white coat is vanishing. Maybe I'm wrong or perhaps the woman is a mirage (important for my story). I repeat: great photo. Link to comment
julio_segura_carmona1 2 Posted March 18, 2006 Un bello encuadre, perfecta luz y color, has sabido captar el magico momento de la expresion en la cara del violista en el "Escaparate".. un cordial saludo Ellen Van. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted March 18, 2006 You've caught a great expression on his face, against an interesting, even surreal background. Good exposure, too. But the right one-third of this frame is redundant to the composition and should be cropped. Since he is friendly and doesn't mind being photographed, I suggest getting in much closer to him. Walk over to his other side and capture the amazing image waiting for you there -- the legs of the three mannequins followed by the sitting mannequin and then the violin player. You could make it look as if the mannequins are his audience. Link to comment
