Moon Over Mt. Pilchuck

Second attempt at stitching this one, think I got it this time.

Nice composition....

I find fascinating how many different shades and textures of white and gray fill that blue-sky canvas. The snow on the trees, the clouds and the moon seem all to have been painted with the same brush... just using a sharper or a wider touch.

 

The only thing I would change, however, is some more breathing space above the moon... don't you agree?

As usual I agree with your excellent criticism. I wish there was more room above the moon also. Of course I could have cut and pasted more, but the next shot up in my 4 shot sequence did not blend properly when stitched so this was what I was left with.
