Wilson I love the angle of the buildings, with the one taking up half the frame. Colors are nice, too. I don't think you need the rain, but then again, you probably don't think so too ;-)
The thing that amazes me the most about this shot is not the slanted composition or the rain capture, its the crispness of the colors. That's what stands out the most and makes this really original.
