joedlh 0 Posted March 15, 2006 Okay, I admit to a personal foible. Whenever I see the Moon in a shot, I wonder whether or not it was pasted in. The full moon rises when the sun goes down. Therefore, it is never visible in broad daylight. From the shadows in this image, yes, the sun is low. However, the Moon seems too high for the time of day. Also, I believe its upper limb would be brighter than the lower, given the relationship between the sun, Earth, and Moon. Link to comment
