Thoughts?

I really like the scene; the tones are great, really nice roling foreground which also looks interesting as it appears to be a in the shade. The only thing I might have tried differently is to give the boat a more predominant position to emphasize that there is a relationship between it, the low tide and the house on the jetty; enjoyable non the less.

Rob has a good point. The boat looks like it's resting on the pier. Obviously, you left your stepladder at home. Had you been the compleat photographer, you would have whipped it out of your camera bag, raised your camera position a couple feet, and solved your problem.
