Oh! This is so emotive. This image sparks a certain feeling of loss and fond memories.

Beautiful idea well executed. I like the contrast and the overall feel. I don't care for the slight reflection on the picture and I wish the hands were centered and/or angled a bit more to eliminate the blank space on the right.

I agree with Bill. Nonetheless, a great image with a lot of emotion.

A photo of an old photo in old hands, a reminder of the time when the mind was fresh. Perhaps a lively memory. Moody and meaningful. Karl

Thank you so much everyone above. For me this is an emotional pic... The reflection is purposeful Bill, so you can see it is a real, old photo. And the blank space.... Hmm, I have to say that I am a bit allergic for objects in the middle, but that's a personal defect, hahaha.... Love your personal critique though, very constructive.

Only thing...maybe for another version....why not some very subtle, hardly visible yet present , out of focus background instead of a pitch black background?

Funny that you mentioned it. the first couple were with a blurry backround (with some tiny skulls, old wineglasses and my dark wooden table, which is this aswell), but they draw the attention a bit away from the object, the photo. For me that is the centre, the power. But I know what you mean, maybe next time I try a different kind of light. Thanks for your input! Grtz
