Great contrast of background to subject. Exposure purrrfect, specially his top. Natural relaxed pose, not staring at cam. Me no complain, as they say in Thailand.

Very nice sharpess for this portrait. Composition is good but not perfect to me. I think it is because of the angle of his body that I have this feeling. Anyways, it is really minor. Finally, I find that it is maybe a little too dark. But I would not change the background.

Nice study, it does look like a painting. Have you played with a watercolor filter with this image? I bet it would look excellent. I can't wait until my D200 arrives.

Lighting and pose emphasize the tension between being calmly pensive while being aware and engaged and ready to act. This is not a passive man. I love it.
