stephen hazelton 3 Posted July 1, 2006 An excellent shot. If I remember right, I have mainly seen it from the freeway, which is closer up to it, and so this is a different angle. If you want a hike to remember, look up the trail to the top. The visitor center in Grand Junction has directions to the trailhead, as I recall. It is quite a hike- one of the steepest trails I have been on in the first half. Link to comment
