I took the background for this composition yesterday; it is a

weathered cinder block wall endowed with manifold textures, colours

and interesting patterns. Your comments welcomed.

Thanks Tye, I didn't expect much objectivity from this composition due to the symbolism; I'm not finished, however, I wanted eagles wings instead of the sea gull's wings I used; and I think I am going to superimpose a human figure on the cross or replace it altogether with a blended human figure. The lily and cinder block wall work fine. Thanks again for your support . . . Take care.

Thanks again Ellen for your support; after viewing your recent photo, "Red, White, and Blue," I was not allowed to rate it because you have rated two of my photographs with 7's over the past 14 days (in fact today!). So, I appologize for not being able to rate your work with a 7/6; no reciprocating necessary, your work deserves the rating; I didn't know the administrators of this site had automated this feature in. Thanks as always, so very kindly for your collegiality-- Tim

Thanks Scott; I see you are a man of moral convictions; the devil works in misterious ways of this site; I just read what some of your diabolical fans had to say; hang tough and keep the faith my brother; have a blessed Resurrection day.

You're welcome, Dimf; you sport a very innocent and unassuming assortment of images yourself. Thanks again for your comment.
