Stores as we know it , does not exist, thats the way food is presented, and thats the way it is treated in the home kitchen.

Fantastic documentary shot, like your attachment as well,now I would like to know where it was taken.

Enlightening work, Pnina, It amazes me that the Niger sustains so many people, and probably has done it for thousands of years.......About the ladies cooking: Oh my back aches seeing them. I'm wondering if they have even a little salt for their food......Important work, I appreciate being able to see it.....Jim
