Not much really going on. Does not convey parade.

While the subject in this photo may not be slamming a basehit or dunking a basketball from across a court, she seems to me to be clearly engaged and having a good time on that sidewalk--along with the rest of the crowd. And that seemed to me to be quite enough "goings-on" to warrant a posting here.
