A good face, I can see why you wanted him. The skin tones seem somewhat off, and the photo could have benefited from a little more contrast, I think. I like the way you have used DOF to seperate him from the background. However, there appears to be a dodging (no pun intended) halo around his head and left side of the figure. Try using masks in Photoshop for precise tonal control.

Conventions of composition would probably have him positioned a little to the right of the frame. As it is, he appears to be about to walk out of frame, but that actually works.

Despite my picky comments, altogether a nice shot. Congratulations!
