Interesting Arlon, very interesting... (of course, I like the use of DOF and the B&W, but that is not a surprise comming from you)

I agree with Alejandro. I like the composition and textures.

Cool shot. The curve of the track(I assume) adds a lot to the composition... the path to the afterlife, with two, wandering spirits lost in limbo... or two family members waiting for the bloke with the camera to hurry up!

Good DOF.

Alon, this picture had a deep impact on me. I like it a lot precisely because it seems to be a "catch", not something pre-arranged and set up. I also like the fact that the contrast is between realism (the skull) and optimism (the joyfull silhouettes in the background), not between pessimism and optimism. On a more humouristic note (even if I can't laugh about it right now), the impact is partly due, I guess, to the fact that all my last months photo folders... "died" yesterday, because of a computer crush, and I was enraged at the first moment. My best pics (until now, I hope :) went into nothingness, to put it literally, and I still had some I wanted to upload. Most of all, I am sorry about my Greenday self-p., but that's it. I got over it and now I can make fun about myself ( I guess...) I wish you a great weekend and I apologise for my long pityful discourse here. Cheers, S.

Thank you All very very much . I think death is part of life , he is waiting around the corner . when i gave this photo this name , thats what i was thinking . the girls were playing in the snow and i was wondering around and found that skeleton , and .......... Death Is All Around Us . Dear Sabina . I'm so sorry to hear about your computer . its part of the digital world ." lost of data " . I do love your Greenday self-p . Its beautiful and live here in PN for ever ( or until the server of PN will crash down and years of art photos and memories will vanish )

I suspected the 50mm 1.4 from your subject isolation; I have this lens too and use it a lot.

I think this is a very strong image in overall use of subject matter and the b&w and the contrast suit this very well. I like it very nice.

This seems a bit of a departure for you, Alon...and I like it a lot. You are showing yourself to be a master of foreground detail, tones, and d.o.f. lately. Congratulations on a thought-provoking image.

Regards - Jim
