nice shot... good light and composition. I think photo.net does need a "food" gallery. I agree with Tanya... looks yummy

but then again we will start having all sorts of things...But this photo is almost perfect. I would like a better DOF. The drops are not sharp enough and I would try not to have the same focal length from the point of view chosen. Otherwise I like it very much...My compliments to the chef also hehe ;-)

Its a nice shot, however,IMHO I feel that the DOF is a little shallow and would have liked to have seen a more sharper image all around in this instance. A little fill on the lower lefthand side would have made it better and I feel the image is tilting to the left a bit. The red smudge on the upper right should also be removed if its not part of the dressing so to speak but nevertheless a good attempt.

Thank you very much of your comments. I agree the DOF could have been better. I'd keep trying. By the way this was taken on my 25th wedding anniversary [01.10.2006].
