These three were amongst the scores of birds waiting to be fed in

Regents Park in London. The strong wind kept them in place long

enough for a couple of shots. I liked the three together. What do you

think, nice bird shot or pure cheese?

Wow. I guess what most impresses me here is the focus you've managed to achieve on these birds. I was just reviewing a few dozen shots of gulls I took myself a few months ago, and was frustrated with how I almost never had sharp focus where I want it! So, particularly in that regard, this is a very successful photo!

Whilst there's nearly always an element of cheese Peter, what you have to ask is if it's Kraft processed cheese slices, or finely matured cheddar. FWIW, I really like this one - I'd be ever so tempted to burn the water a bit though.

Thanks for looking.

Peter, this was the only shot that came out looking even half descent. I shot at iso-400 and f5.6, this was 1/640.

I've posted another, which was more typical of the results.

Ben, I guess this must be Stinking Bishop!

Very nice catch, the three of them acting as almost in a choreography. Feels like one is flying along with them and that feels good. Cheers, Alex
