Sir Walter Scott's Death Mask, at Abbotsford House

robertbrown

Shot at Abbotsford, Scott's great home. Shot on color film, then colors significantly in PS for different (more striking) effect.

Looking for comments on this Photoshopped image--I like the change in

colors, but would like to know what others think. Most of my photos

are semi-"straight" photos. Thanks for your comments, suggestions,

and ratings. Will happily reciprocate. Thanks.

Rinky-dink camera, rinky-dink film, rinky-dink digital effects, but it all bloody works! Good job my friend. Definitely something to hang in the dining room.

Wondeful effect in this image! The forehead is perhaps a tad dark, but I think that overall the manipulation is very well done.

A death mask is a very unique subject. The forhead, true, is a little dark, but I think that almost gives it a three-dimensional effect. Interesting!
