As usual, the professional level here is outstanding. But I don't like that I don't see any of their faces. And if I shall continue with the details - maybe you can clone away the monitor in front? I imagine you too are annoyed by the monitors that always stand in the way!

Hi! As usual i'm happy to see your comments under my photos...

So, regarding the faces - in this particular photo - faces is not the motive for me, it's just not the portrait. actually this photo is about the ecstasy, about the drive...i've tried to express my feelings from this kind of performance...more then this - this image for me is kind of icon essention for rock music - it has all in one - the lighting, classic guitar player with his waving hair and the dramatic singer. Concentrating viewer's attention on the faces will only weakening this effect....

Now about the monitor...i've been very upset with monitors in the beggining of my carreer, but one day i realised that i should bring it into the picture as a compositional element and not to care about it no more...here i need it for overall ballance of composition..so i just can't clone it away...

Hope my explanation was clear...:)

p.s. where are you from in Norway?

Yes, I understand your project. It was just a feeling that - as I sais - the overall quality is impeccable, but I felt the musicians were "faceless", and that bothered me. I am generally quite envious of your way with the light, and also here in this picture. I also see what you mean about monitors, I have just not reached that level yet!

this is a 'nearly' shot for me Mark. The singer is blocking his face so whilst lighting is fine and you've got some movement in the guitarist's hair I'd concentrate on one or the other.
